These boys are violent and scary because they're so emotionally numbed from chronic abuse. Righteous anger from people who have a less barren emotional worlds is inevitable because they trample on our right to be free from violence. But they're feral. They live in separate worlds but among us in B and Bs and unsupervised hostels. They weren't born criminals and can be diverted.
