I know its been a bit mild in the last few days but I was surprised to find a queen wasp flying around in my house on Saturday. It had obviously woken up early from hibernating somewhere. Also my snowdrops came out aerlier this year. Signs of global warming? Has anyone else noticed anything?

I saw a woodpecker yesterday (and a jay, a robin, a long tailed tit, a fox, and many squirrels) all from the comfort of my living room. But it usually snows in February so don't put away the thermals yet!
