Hmmn - maybe ten years to have it fully up and working, cost 2.1billion, yet the other cuts start straight away in April 2011

Yes apity it has to take so long but surely great someone having the guts to try and tackle this major dependence and generations not working.
I believe Tony Blair appointed Frank Field to do much the same but the lost his nerve.
Frank behind this Policy Now.
Please try not to be so negative something just has to be done.
