I'm with Talk Talk and have had a very unstable broadband connection since Sunday morning. On Monday evening Talk Talk advised me it was a general issue in the area and engineers were working on it, and it should be fixed within 24 hours. Yesterday I was told the issue was more serious than at first thought and it was now being handled by their "3rd level support". Again I was told it should be fixed within 24 hours! I have been using my Vodafone mobile internet dongle until home broadband is more stable. Not great speeds but at least it's stable!
