A middle-aged woman with a ?German accent called on us this afternoon, in a car, and asked whether she could pick the elderberries in our front garden. We said yes. Should we be worried too?

The little bit of banter does a very helpful trick of bumping the thread to the top of the forum. Just like we have both done. And hence keeping midlifec's original warning on the radar for all to see.
