New plans are now available at http://acolnet.lewisham.gov.uk/LEWIS-XSL...mkey=64368

Does anybody know what the situation is with the right of way (if there is one) beside the church? Has this now been closed by the addition of gates?

Am not sure if right of way was ever established but it was a useful route when it existed:

Has anything been decided or agreed with regard to the gates, railings etc at the David's Road entrance to the Church Worldwide (Devonshire Road)?

Was planning permission given in the end?

"Appeal decision: Not Available"
What does this mean?

This application was made retrospectively in 2011. Here we are in 2014, and nothing has changed, except for the weeds, which are now taller than ever. The steps are never used. The gate is never used. The concrete is as vile as ever. All we need now is to get some tumbleweed and let the wind blow it hither and thither.

2015, 2016?

But if we don't care, why should anything happen?

I believe the planning site lists Appeal Decision as "not available" when there has not been an appeal. And the "Appeal Status" is the same as the "Status" which is "Deposited".

So my reading is that this application has been deposited with the council but not decided.

It seems odd that it would sit in that state for so long. On the "Important Dates" page it suggests the application may have expired.

The case officer is listed as Steve Isaacson - have you tried emailing or calling him? first.lastname@lewisham.gov.uk or planning@lewisham.gov.uk.
