All my fault! I am really happy for it to switch back to Wednesday as everyone else was fine with that, or we could just start next week.

I'm sorry for muddling this all up!

I'm happy to start next week too- I couldn't make this wednesday. Also I might just get the back of my tank top finished by next week and then be able to chat over an easy waistband.

Can I come too. I used to knit loads when I was a teenager but seem to have forgotten most of it. My baby is due in September so keen to start knitting again for him.

What time is it starting on Wed? Am I correct in thinking it is still at The Honor Oak?

thanks

Yes, looks like next Wednesday, The Honor Oak, 8 pm, trying to get the comfy sofas.

It's great to have so much interest! Should be fun.

I'm really sorry, but I'm going to have to bail again. I've just got back from a looooong meeting in Milton Keynes and I just don't think my brain is up to it tonight. So sorry - thought I'd be OK, but just too knackered to attempt anything. What a flake I am Unsure

Also, ruthb isn't able to make it either - very close to baby time for her so she's opting for staying in. Just in case...

Sorry for the late notice and I hope it all goes well. I've just looked at my calendar for next week and Wednesday is completely free, so no evening events or Milton Keynes meetings to thwart me attending if it goes ahead next week!

Apologies again.

Sophie

Is anyone up for Wednesday 7:30? Last time was great but not a big crowd - would be good to get some more people!

Yep! Fingers crossed I'll be there, unless I become an auntie that day, in which case I'll have an important baby to cuddle (and a sister to congratulate I suppose!)

Hopefully see you on Wednesday.

Saw a poster for this in Sainsbury's last night:

http://www.foresthillknitandnatter.com

It's a new group who are meeting on Wednesday evenings (7.30pm) in Question Bar on Dartmouth Road. First meeting was last week. Did anyone on here go?

Oo, that looks interesting to me - I might see if I can make it along to one of their meetups, it might give me the kick I need to finish making these socks... thanks for the link!

Hi,
I'm writing on behalf of my wife who is a regular member of this group.

The knitting group is still running, although the meetings have not taken place during the summer holidays. They will start up again at the Question Bar over the next few weeks, keep an eye out on http://www.foresthillknitandnatter.com/ for more information.

If anyone wants to get in touch please pm me and I will ask my wife to get in touch with you.

Thanks,
KK
