Should anyone need to report cars obstructing the pavement on Woodcombe Crescent (and by obstructing I mean blocking the entire right of way).

You may find this number for Lewisham Council helpful - 020 8297 3599 - as it took me sometime to find and get through to the appropriate Dept.

I remember parking on a pavement years ago and getting a stern ticking off from a patroling policeman (remember those), he told me that pedestrians could happily walk over my car as it was blocking the pavement.

Now that's more than likely not the case but I have never done it again.

You are more likely now to find policemen parked in their car on the pavement being ticked off by locals for obstructing the pavement!

What about bins? I walk down Willow Way, our sad runner up in the Pool talent contest and there is a pinchpoint opposite the pub on Tuesday mornings when about 15 bins are placed outside the flats combined with cars on the pavement which make it impossible to push a buggy down the street. On other days it is just the cars. There is no proper pavement on the other side.
