Cursing

Unfortunately for a registered disabled resident of Westwood Park, Foresthill, Scrooge is alive and well in 2007. A vascular dementia sufferer?s landlord denied her essential care, thus food and medication on Christmas day morning, was not received.

When a relative arrived to take her to a pre-arranged family lunch, the lady refused to go, saying she was waiting for someone.

This vulnerable lady should have spent the day with her family, but spent it alone instead.

Bah humbug.

Thumbdown

Hi. Sounds poor, but could you explain further as I don't understand exactly what happened. Can anything be done to prevent further occurrences?
