The problem is I dont think the decision can be reversed now unless a very expensive solicitor can find some reason why the original decison was wrong. Its also hard to believe that this didnt have a lot of support as the TLRA must have had a mandate to proceed with the court action. Or perhaps a few more reasonable people just werent consulted. I think though taking action to enforce a covenant is very expensive and time consuming and can only imagine that it took a lot of resolve to do this as well as a considerable sum of money. All to put a young family out of business.

This was a completely poisonous and bitter action.

Information on the persons who took the action should be a matter of public record at some point in the future and presumably there will be a written up judgement of some sort so no doubt the truth will out eventually.
