Does anyone know whether there is CCTV on HOR near Fairlawn School/ the Christian Fellowship Centre? My friends car was hit by another vehicle near there a few weeks ago and the other (guilty!) party are contesting her version of events, so cctv evidence of the accident would be useful. I wondered whether it was standard to have cctv on busy roads near to schools. Thanks for any information.

Sorry to hear about that, it seems the days of taking responsibility for ones action have past us by.

The best way is to go and have a look. Do not forget to also look for private CCTV i.e. in private houses. If there is council CCTV then you will need to go jump through a few hoops to get it.

I hope your friend has a good rsult.
