Hello Sussex Girl, there is a two bed house on the quiet part of Stanstead Road for sale. It's early Victorian and looks pretty from the outside. We bought nearby recently. Our neigbours are all friendly and we often can't believe how quiet it is. Plus we're less than a five minute walk to Forest Hill station so it's very convenient. It's for sale by KFH.
