re wheelie bin urinal, I see his other designs include a traffic sign with a birdhouse inside it and musical speed humps.
I think we should invest in these speed humps too. Any suggestions on the tune they should play?

Not a proper convenience , more of a urinal. Used to loads of the about years ago in places like Glasgow.( not wheelie bins though )

Not just a little dicey in this freezing weather? Unless of course its centrally heated... And does it not assume that most men are the same height and have to be completely trusting of strange appliances?
