I did point out that even with their target of 2,000 shareholders, each would have to contribute ?5,000, so not much of a starter
Anyone else think that the figure of ?10m is a little fishy? It seems incredibly high to me, whether for developers or someone looking to keep the business going. Is he fishing for high offers?
There is talk of getting the interior (but not the exterior) listed but the effect would be to massively devalue the property for the current owner so I'm not sure how much they'd thank us for it.
