Art nouveau, deco and modernism in SE23

I've been inside Six Pillars as some friends were looking after it recently for the estate agents. It's like a maze of small rooms leading on one from the other. I found it slightly claustrophobic inside which is what I suspect has put off some buyers. But it is certainly one of a kind and the views from the balcony are lovely. I wouldn't say no!

Don't know if it's been mentioned yet but the Capitol is a good example of that Egyptian inspired Art Deco.
