Normally I would have expected to get the card delivered from LBC re election coming up early June.
Has anyone had card delivered ??

I know you can vote without the card but useful to have it.

Not yet.

I will try to find out when they will be sent out.

(You do not need your card to vote. But it makes the process easier.)

Election voting forms were sent out on Thursday 14 May. They should be arriving soon.

I got 1 of what should have been 2 yesterday.

As an aside I had a visit from one the lib/dem councillors who was canvasing in Devonshire Road a few days ago, and our cat hissed at him. Even our furry friends realise that politians have reached a very low ebb!!

Don't forget to vote today. Polling stations are open until 10pm.

With the multi-member constituency system high turn out makes it harder for the BNP to get a seat. To make it even harder you should vote for one of the five biggest parties.

I thought the idea was that you voted for the party you felt best reflected your views.

That sounds reasonable. The most important thing is to vote when we have this form of electoral system.

What I don't agree with is that a vote for a pastor who wrote the song 'So Macho' will actually stop the BNP from gaining a seat - which does seem to be the main policy of one particular party.

http://www.votematch.co.uk/europe/

Only takes a minute and you can pick the party that most closely fits your view on European issues.

faq is probably worth reading first, as some parties are not included like the BNP who refused to take part. Shame.
