I have a friend who is about to qualify as a Teacher of English to Speakers of Other Languages this summer and is looking to work in HOP/Brockley/FH areas. If anyone knows any local centres that run courses and may be looking for teachers this summer, has any information about local language schools, or if there are any individuals who would be interested in looking for private tuition, please PM me in the first instance and I will forward your details.

There are English language schools around. One is in Lewisham. Use Google to find them.

Hello

I run a language club in East Dulwich - it's not commercial, just people sharing resources to practise/offer low cost classes.

We can't offer your friend a fee but if she/he would like to get some experience we can guarantee eager learners and cover travel expenses. We can also offer your friend free classes in Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese or Russian in exchange. We do Spanish on Wednesdays and French and Italian on Thursdays, and we need English teachers for both these nights.

Here's the website if you would like to take a look: Language Lounge

Francesca
