And it's interesting to note that on this consultation at least, the Council are providing three options.

Options 1 & 2 - super mega development "Borough-wide regeneration and growth" or major development "Moderate regeneration and growth" would both meet Government guidelines.

However, we are being given the option to tick a third box "Perhaps you think there should be another option? If so please provide details and your reasons". Let's hope the proposed Pools consultation is at least as open.
