Helicopter circling Tuesday night

A helicopter was circling very low over Taymount Rise area for about 30 minutes from 11.30pm on Tuesday night...
I wondered if anyone knew why?
It was really low and seemed to just Circle a small area from london Road to Taymount Rise and Elliot Bank.

Apparently five police cars sirens blaring and lights flashing sot up Forest Hill Road about that time last night, possibly connected??????
