I’m hoping to buy a flat in Forest Hill and have seen a few in the art deco buildings on Taymount Rise - Taymount Grange and Forest Croft. From looking online I saw a couple of chains from around 15 years ago on Forest Croft talking about the mismanagement of the building and plans to restore it. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like much has moved on since then and the building is still in quite a bad way - internally and externally. Which is a real shame as it could be really lovely.

I wondered if anyone knew any more about what has happened here and whether there are actually plans in place to restore/whether this is likely to involve big charges.
