Does anyone know who did all the works recently on Queenswood rd and what it was for. My friend lives there and has just come back from a few months away and his connection to hi Gas meter is not connected and he has no hot water or heating... I have rung his supplier edf and they said it was it was uk power networks but all they seem to deal with is electricity.

call them on 0870 608 1524 (calls to this number are charged at 7p per minute, plus your phone company's access charge)
get your Meter Point Reference Number (MPRN), which tells your energy supplier where your meter is and your gas supply number
