Best of luck with this. Something I have been interested in starting for a while. One day.

I wasn't knocking Pilates; I did a short course with a small group at a local physio centre and found it very helpful, however the course of 4x 2 hour lessons only cost me ?40, hence my surprise about the price for this one, particularly in this current economic climate!

Well there is such as thing as working hard to go out of business

I used to pay ?15 for 90 minutes 15 years ago but I did have the advantage of lots of Pilates equipment to train on although we did some floor work as well
I suppose it depends how many people are involved but ?20 an hour doesn't seem so bad to me for the training they have to do

I charge ?80 an hour for what I do

I am an Electrologist but as far as Anatomy and Physiology are concerned we train to do similar things
I did a lot of body work as well although I don't now
There is a lot to know to do any kind of physical training

Well the course was full on saturday

also if you read the info you got a free class at PUSh as well worth ?12

It was also an in depth look at pilates and helping people understyand the basic movment

So people can go to other pilates classes with confidence and safe moments

So therefore i think the price is justified, and as i said was full with 4 peiople on the waiting list

Kevin
