HEY, Dexters,

Can you ease up on the excessive marketing campaign/material you have been undertaking and distributing since you bought out and took over three of the local independent estate agents, which incidentally reduces choice and makes your position a monopoly.

I'm guessing that 99% of the material you're having delivered is ending up in the recycling bins, which is such a waste of paper/card, printing, power and distribution.

Actually, it's getting tedious, so please ease up and think more about the environment and what you are doing.

Why don't you set up a fantasy estate agent league with your competitors in Honor Oak and Forest Hill so you can all see how you are all doing month on month and then maybe publish a six monthly league table so we can see who's best and worst to deal with?????Rofl

Hey Dexters,

You've got a huge billboard in Honor Oak Park, you've announced you're arrival, can you cease the excessive marketing, it's actually getting boring and repetitive.

Dexters, please, please CEASE this waste of paper, ink, energy, money etc, your marketing is becoming tedious and really boring.

Hey, Dexters another leaflet drop today, it's becoming EXCESSIVE
How about thinking about the environment for once, how much wasted card, ink, graphic design, energy etc, cos I 'm guessing 99% of what you deliver goes straight in the bin, and the recycling bin if lucky.
Give it a REST.:
