Can you ease up on the excessive marketing campaign/material you have been undertaking and distributing since you bought out and took over three of the local independent estate agents, which incidentally reduces choice and makes your position a monopoly.

I'm guessing that 99% of the material you're having delivered is ending up in the recycling bins, which is such a waste of paper/card, printing, power and distribution.

Actually, it's getting tedious, so please ease up and think more about the environment and what you are doing.

Why don't you set up a fantasy estate agent league with your competitors in Honor Oak and Forest Hill so you can all see how you are all doing month on month and then maybe publish a six monthly league table so we can see who's best and worst to deal with?????
