Police have launched an urgent appeal to help find a missing woman from Lewisham.
Patricia, 63, left a mental health facility in Forest Hill at 2pm on August 5.
Officers say she boarded a 185 bus towards Victoria.

If you have seen her or have any information on her whereabouts call 999 and quote reference 22MIS027565.
