Southern sent this reply to me on Twitter on 06/07/20...
Hi @SouthernRailUK, are there any plans for the London Bridge to/from Victoria via Forest Hill train to start running again?
Hi Kate. It was not a part of the most recent timetable update that was introduced today, but keep an eye on our website and Twitter feed for any announcements on future changes to the current service. ^Alex.S

There's another timetable revision across the Southern network on 7th September, however it appears there's no change to our trains with the current peak extras running to either Crystal Palace or Streatham Hill as now.

It looks like 'some' Victoria services will return from December 14th.
The first train to Victoria is the 1012 from Forest Hill running every 30 minutes until 1712, then they return from 2042 every 30 minutes until 2312.
During the peaks they'll operate to Crystal Palace or Streatham Hill as now.
Saturday there will be an all day service to Victoria running every 30 minutes from 0642 until 2342.

Southern in their wise wisdom have altered the timetable again. The through service to Victoria is only operating on Saturday only.
No change to the Mon-Fri timetable with the 'extra' trains to London Bridge in the morning peak and to Crystal Palace or Streatham Hill in the evening.
