Double room with double bed, desk, open wardrobe, drawers, and fittings available in leafy South East London.
There are two living spaces and a large, well maintained garden for summer barbeques. A number of excellent venues are on the doorstep including the Honour Oak (weekly live gigs, comedy and art), the Brockley Jack (theatre), and the Horniman (New York Times top 10 coolest museums).
The flat is in easy walking distance of three train stations (Forest Hill overground, Catford and Catford Bridge national rail) and bus connections and 1 hour easy cycle to central London. We are particularly well located for Goldsmiths University and London South Bank.
You would be living with an Occupational Therapist (English speaking) and a PhD student (English, Spanish, French speaking) in their 30s. We are dinner party, gardening, reading, music enjoying types and would be a good fit for someone who is similarly quietly social.
The flat is non smoking and currently we have no pets although we may occasionally dog-sit.
The rent is £450 per calendar month and includes water, Internet, and television licence. Electricity, gas, and council tax to be shared.
