It's just been rated 16th of 18 Wetherspoons in SE London and Kent.
Strange place, but seems it is a victim of its own status. Can't imagine it having too many profitable uses without big changes internally (which are not permitted)

Sad really, as its a pretty dominant and iconic building for the area.
