Hello SE23,

I've got some yoga and mindfulness workshops coming up for you over the coming months Smile

Saturday 24th March - Energise and Awaken
A dynamic flowing yoga practice will build up strength, heat and energy in the body. There'll be the chance to play around and build up towards postures like crow and headstand. We'll end with a guided body scan to reawaken a deep connection with our bodies.

Saturday 12th May - Slow Down and Unwind

Yin yoga is a slow meditative practice where seated and reclining postures are held for long periods with the support of bolsters and other props. It provides a much needed balance to the movement of dynamic yoga and to the rushing around of our daily lives. Suitable for all levels including beginners.

Saturday 9th June - Living Mindfully
You'll be introduced to a variety of mindfulness techniques for breath, body and mind. We'll practice mindfulness meditation exercises, mindful movement, and you'll leave feeling a heightened awareness of all your senses! Suitable for all levels including beginners.

Saturday 7th July - Finding Balance
This brings elements from all the previous sessions together as we learn what finding more balance really means for each one of us. Suitable for all levels including beginners.

All workshops run 2-5pm. Each session will end between 4-4.30pm leaving time after to gather for tea.

I also teach weekly yoga classes: Thursday 9.45am, Saturday 11am, Sunday 10am.
