I noticed that a large quantity of bagged-up clinical waste has been added to the ever growing pile of flytipped trash outside Rubadubs day Nursery on David's Road. One bag has been ripped open to reveal loads of used but packaged-up clear tubes and pipes, obviously contaminated with blood. I'm not an expert, but this looks to me like waste from a kidney dialysis machine procedure. I'm just mystified as to how such material finds its way onto our streets. Lewisham Envoronmental Services have been made aware.
