Does Lewisham need an elected mayor?

Lewisham's mayor is resigning after 16 years as sole decision maker for our borough. We can change this system. If 5% of electors sign up we can have a referendum to abolish Lewisham's executive mayoral system and hand power back to our elected councillors.
