I saw her get on a Victoria-bound train last Tuesday evening with another woman and a younger man, who spoke to her in what sounded like Romanian (I have a bit of knowledge of Romanian, not just a stereotype). She had a Big Issue Outer London badge on. Between Sydenham and CP he came through the train selling Big Issues.
