If you're in any doubt, just contact the distribution dept at the Big Issue and ask if they know of the homeless person selling in Forest Hill and give her eastern european description. They have records of everyone of the people they employ and will help to resolve your curiosity. I still buy of her as it is obvious that she/they are not as well off as the people who pass her by.
