We are proposing to build around 17 new homes on two sites; at Knapdale Close on the Forest Estate.

With our architects we have continued work to assess the Forest Estate. We have looked at the number of homes that could be built, what improvements to outside space are most needed, and how we can achieve this.

Together with Lewisham Council we have decided that the proposed development of the Eliot Bank site will not be taken any further at this time.
