Asda and ToysRus sell canisters (at least they did). Or if you've got a bit of time, ebay. Shops tend to be a bit sniffy about inflating balloons they haven't sold (as I've found to my cost). The florist on Brockley Rise near Le Querce does balloons so they may be able to help.
