Proposed changes to bus routes 363 and 53

Sorry if it's obvious, but I'm a bit confused by the consultation information. On the southerly leg will the 363 terminate at Honor Oak instead of Crystal Palace or start at Honor Oak instead of Tottenham Court Road? Or are neither of those changes part of the consultation...
