This is a minor problem, I know but is anyone else having problems with non-collection of garden waste? In the last four weeks, mine has been missed three times and would not have been collected at all had I not reported it. So it is even more irritating that it should be missed yet again. Lewisham advertises this as a weekly service but at the moment mine is monthly!

I would ask for a refund for the missed collections. Even if they don't do it at least you will have formally registered the poor service.
