Albion Millennium Green is a community green space in the heart of Forest Hill. It is a haven for wildlife such as woodland birds, butterflies and other insects. There is a wide variety of plants and trees including bluebells and primroses in spring and a community orchard of apple, pear, plum and cherry trees.

This community green space is managed by a local charitable trust. The Friends of Albion Millennium Green are supporting WildTree Learning to set up a Forest school for local families and schools.

WildTree Learning will be delivering Forest school sessions for preschoolers aged between 2 and a half to 5 years old. These sessions will be designed to give children the opportunity to learn from the natural world, develop essential skills and help them prepare to become confident, creative and independent learners and be ready to be part of a mainstream educational setting.

In order to buy equipment and Forest school resources, the trust needs to raise £2000 and is reaching out to our friends, well wishers and the wider community to reach this goal.

Help the Friends of Albion Millennium Green Charitable Trust to create a forest school for local families.
