Word of warning to pedestrians walking past the shoe repair shop between Jolly Bee and the Signal pub, a huge chunk of masonry above the sign has fallen onto the pavement. Contacting Lewisham Council tomorrow to tell them about the danger of crumbling masonry. If anyone knows who the managing agent or landlord is, can you alert them to this post. The shop appears to be closed for several months.
