Anerley is a bit too far off my beaten track though no doubt some readers will be able to check that out.

Anyway, the winner is.... Mayow Park. A good selection of machines in reasonably good nick. (You might get unlucky and be blocked from the sit-up benches for half an hour or so by a couple of people who just want to step on them now and again and spread the fecal matter from the soles of their trainers, but that might not happen. And maybe they disinfected it when they left. With that proviso, it's very good.) Also, there is a more serious group of installations in the north west corner for people who want to use just their body as a counterweight (not seen it used much, but we are in winter now). And a fun-looking kids area to try to stop the junior in your life from turning into a couch potato. Junior gym, complete with a zipwire which I have been cruelly informed I should not use.

Would love it if Blythe Hill or Hilly Fields had something similar but not seen them. Dulwich and Peckham parks are ok but more limited range of equipment.
