are they coming on later? What time do they come on? Can't say I've noticed but I may simply be unobservant. You could always try letting the council know in case something is malfunctioning.

They have not been coming on since 23/09, only by phoning and reporting it to the council and the street lighting technician getting them switched on. As it gets darker earlier no street lighting makes the roads much less safe. Have reported it on Fix my street. https://www.fixmystreet.com/

Thanks, Samuelsen. I'll keep an eye out and report it if we have the same problem in our part of SE23.

I have to say I looked out and found it rather pleasant.
The lights came on about an hour later. It is amazing that nobody has come up with some kind of motion detecting street lights that would light up the road and deal with the security issue of not having the lights on all the time.

Glad someone else has noticed Samuelsen, the lights are definitely coming on later in Dartmouth Road, Kirkdale and into Sydenham - they came on at 20:30 on Saturday and Sunday night.
I (stupidly) went for a run last night and it was dangerous. Funny thing is lights were on half way down Lawrie Park Road the next borough (Bromley).
I called the Lewisham Contact Centre to report it - said I would be responded to in 5 days...

For the forth consecutive night street lights/lamp posts did not come on this evening. Please can Lewisham/Skanska sort out the problem.
