Train Disruption Due to Sinkhole on Track

Does not this track run along the route of the Croyden canal?
Behind the old signal box along dog poo alley was the feeder reservoir for the canal.

Or for much excitement considering the 39-45 hammering the area got, maybe a collapsed entry hole for a UXB?

that'll mess up the system for the weekend for sure.
