Is this your cat?

Black and white (presumably male) cat seen regularly outside Honor Oak Park residence, crying, lurking and hassling resident cats. He has a collar, and a distinctive facial marking, but is very skittish and runs off when approached. Suspect he's living in an abandoned building nearby.
