We're looking to buy a house in Vale Lodge but we had a couple of issues come up regarding the condition of the building. Do any residents who live there have any thoughts on the management company or know of any problems/improvements planned for the future. It would be so helpful to hear from anyone living there on this matter. Or indeed if anyone could put me in contact with someone in the building so we can discuss issues.
