What are the pink Post-It flags on Honor Oak Road?

A flock of small 'flags' made of pink Post-Its on sticks has appeared in the grassy patch by the Tyson Road estate on Honor Oak Road.

Intrigued! What do they mark? Who put them there? Does anyone know?
