I have just been looking through the photos, that were posted here by Steve Grindlay.
They have certainly brought back some memories.
I lived in Sydenham park, in the prefabs, by the railway bridge, in the 1950's.
I went to Holy Trinity school.I used to go swimming in Forest Hill baths.
I bought my first " Serious camera " from Kirk Cameras, in 1971, it was a Yashica-mat 21/4 square TLR camera.
Pictures of Honor Oak station, also have memories, i used to get the train to London Bridge, in the 1960's when i worked in Threadneedle Street.I lived in Ackroyd road then & later in Bovill Road
Great memories, thank you very much for sharing the photos Steve & thanks for the memories.
