Extra Trains on Overground - eventually

Obviously we don't know what TfL's plans are, but as seen when London Bridge closed, London Overground added additional trains to CP by diverting the New Cross services.

I won't be surprised if TfL reduce services to New Cross to every 30 minutes during the peaks which would allow them to provide this new service without any new rail units or staff.
