I wouldn't say pilot, as it has been rolled out across other boroughs for months now..
However its great to hear that it will come to FH. Just got to see now which parts are identified as recipients.

Its a catch 22 situation. Receiving a kit kinda means you live in a high risk road or area. That said, Smartwater is amazing tech, and to get it for free is a bonus.
