So did I gather from that survey that Lewisham want us to have: wheely bin, paper recycing box, other recycling bin, food waste bucket? Oh, and green waste bin if we pay at least £80 a year for it? Does anyone use 80 of those green bags a year?!

And the general bin only to be emptied every two weeks?

Sounds dreadful.
