Just heard this idiot speeding around the streets of Forest Hill. This idiot will end up killing someone. Has anyone else heard or seen him?

There are a lot of mopeds / quad bikes creating noise nuisance in Honor Oak, Forest Hill and Sydenham. It is not clear what can be done as police will not do much, partly to do with Health & Safety (e.g. the riders may not be wearing a helmet). I guess report to police / Lewisham ?

Every Borough in central London pretty much has them. Not much you can do. It's the cool thing to do right now especially in summer. Come winter they aren't around very much.

Agree the one yesterday evening was particularly loud and going through narrow residential streets at absolutely crazy speeds. It was a lot worse than the odd "cool thing to do in the summer" kid who goes for a speedy spin, this guy could be heard for miles.

Agreed, and there was no way this was a teenager's quad bike or low cc moped, this was a heavy duty bike which if there is an accident could inflict serious injuries or death, as a result of the power of the motor and speed he was going.

Saw loads of these idiots last night. Straight through red lights with all the kids out trick or treating, wheelies, most without helmets, speeding, some faces covered up. Still I'm sure it made them feel big. Combined IQ of chicken.

We live in a reactionary society. Something will only be done if a child is struck down and killed first.
